A versatile black box theater and adjoining gallery at 1651 18th Street in Santa Monica:
a 45′ × 28′ performance floor, flexible riser seating, a capacity of 120, a full lighting rig, 5.1 surround sound and video projection, with a resident technical director to run it all. Built for productions, screenings, shoots, workshops and events.
